Our partners from the American Venous Forum are holding a Day of Service to educate those in the community about vascular disease. Vascular disease is closed intertwined with hypertension and diabetes.
Morehouse School of Medicine will be present at this event to provide free biometric screenings. This will include blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol.
