o Weeks 3 – Safety and OSHA Practices: Roofing basics, PPE use, ladder/fall protection and OSHA 10 Registration
o Week 4 – Installation Fundamentals and Training: Underlayment and starter shingle layout, nailing techniques, flashing and ventilation systems.
o Week 5 – Roofing Technology and Inspection/Maintenance: AI powered measurement software and mobile job site tools.
o Week 6 – Intro to Roof Design
o Week 7 – Advanced Techniques and Certification Prep
o Week 8 – Career Readiness Program
o Week 9 – Career Fair and Graduation : Job Placement, mock interviews, and program completion ceremony.
