Hosted by NCBW-MAC, in partnership with Atlanta Public School, the Annual Teen Health Summit 2025 themed Healthy Transitions: Thriving in College and Beyond will also include MSM's HEAL Clinic as a vendor! This will be a great opportunity for students to gain college readiness after High School.
There will be information to cover healthy eating, financial aid, college fair, performances, prizes and more. This is a FREE event and HEAL Clinic will be there to provide point of care screening including blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood glucose. Check out the flyer below!
